1. Scope of Services

QuickYatra is an on-the-ground travel planning partner based in Guwahati, Assam. We arrange private hill transport, local homestay bookings, guided treks, and government Inner Line Permits (ILP) across Northeast India.

2. Transparent Pricing & 5% GST

• All quoted tariffs are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and clearly itemize vehicle, stay, permits, and 5% GST.
• No surprise fuel charges or unagreed driver night charges are added to confirmed bookings.
• Advance token of 20% secures vehicle and stay reservations; balance payable upon arrival in Guwahati.

3. Fair Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• 15+ days prior: 100% refund of advance (minus actual bank transaction charges).
• 7–14 days prior: 50% refund or 100% travel credit valid for 12 months.
• Less than 7 days: Advance held for homestay partner compensation; rescheduling credit offered where possible.
• Acts of Nature / Landslides: In case of official highway closures or landslide detours, our desk assists with alternative routes or provides full trip credit.

4. Responsible Mountain Travel

We respect the indigenous communities and fragile mountain ecology of Northeast India. We require all guests to follow Leave No Trace principles, avoid single-use plastics where possible, and honor local tribal customs and village elders.
